I have not put on another log. I am so tired with this head that seems to implode actually as I write this: one serious headache I would be glad to be relieved of sooner or later. Sooner is better. 

The cigarettes do not seem to affect my lungs too much but this may be because I am so ill physically and the head and generally the fatigue makes me forget about listening to my breath and lungs. Yes, i have a lot of action in my lungs happening...I am a wreck.

Anyone in for some scuba diving in Vanuatu?
