I just woke up from a nap. Obviously, I cannot sleep forever but today it does seem like this is what I wanted to do. I think about cigarettes and napping and I see my health habits have suffered tremendous duress in this life. It is terrible to have virtually no healthy habits. Smoking, drinking, coffee, tiny food portions for lack of appetite, staying inside the house, sitting and smoking ALL DAY...every day. Really, I never developed healthy habits for my health along the way.
