This has been broken (no scellant) for about two years. I am trying to partially fix it.

I doubt it will succeed. It took me 2 -5 minutes and must dry for 4 hours.

We'll see. I can try again if it fails -we have a whole tube of silicone. 

UPDATE

I am listening to Les cowboys fringants. The singer, Carl someone, died recently, of a cancer. He wrote most songs if not all and they are very good, very poignant. Very quebecois. they knew much success in France too.
