The rain has quieted down and the sun is shining. I must deal with more hunger when I smoke less. I like it: it is way healthier to eat than smoke a cigarette when I am hungry for real.

The music is very sweet and the rain drips drops on our roof. May we have no further damages to the roof.

I am so very hungry now that i smoke way less this morning. Impressive the difference it makes in my hunger. i understand why hubby is always so hungry every day now.
