HERE for the fine recipe. Only problem: the fish should be boiling hot as the sauce is cold. The taste was very good but the whole thing was a bit cold. I got overcharged for the fish that was supposed to be on special so paid a hefty almost 6$ for 100g . I bought less than 400 g- 20$ worth for 4 portions.

I steamed up some quick carrots with that and did not have time for mashed potatoes.

It was very tasty said everyone, cats and dogs included (they had the skin). The fish, though I was overcharged without the special, was super fresh.
