He emails once every two weeks, in reply to my one or two latest emails.
Today's email he sent me was very helpful. All about mindfulness reminder. Slowing down helps me be more mindful too so i wont reply to his question quite yet. Tomorrow or this week end.
He writes long and thoughtful emails and I dont want to exhaust him.
