Dear God and buddha,

We are facing extreme nastiness coming soon our way in canada and north america: please live in our mind and heart laways nomatter how hateful the wolrd here and abroad becomes. There seems to be powerful douche bags males who only want to shed blood and tear the wolrd fabric of peace apart. They want to rape and pilage, be mean and cruel, have a lot of sex and desroy everything all the way to our very souls. 

Witout you Buddha we cannot face this and be at peace. Please grant us great great philosophy and awareness in the fall from paradise we are all about to endure. I pray you guide my heart and give me strenght of will for God and Love.

Allow me to help whenever I can during these exterme miserable times coming. We are in for some serious business. Help us pray and act for peace only. Dont let the definitively hateful wave about to sweep north america, perturb our equanimity and kindness. 

I take refuge in the Buddha, the dhamma and the sangha.

Please protect us all from staying in canada for still too long. I long to join you in my bardo, Buddha, and unite my core to your light. Dont leave me here in misery, dear God. Come and save us all for the better and protect our souls.
