Yes, really, despite smoking so heavily cigarettes, i also have to curb my alcohol. I think a simple night without it again tonight would be nice thing to do for moderation and middle way.
I have not set foot out in Mundy today nor Riverview park. Only two outings to the gorcery store. The farmers market carrots are so much better than store bought. The most noticeable I have seen the quality difference and price difference is in carrots. I am glad I bought so much: I needed over a pound for my soup! all used up, no waste of such quality ingredients.
May others be inspired by my blog, Buddha. It would be wonderful to introduce new ideas in the mind heart of others thanks to this blog. Especially positive ideas.
