Yes, it really stresses me that he did not comeback unlike yesterday and before, when called. I dont think he is super bonded with us yet but I dont know why. He is no longer a lap cat with me but will sit for long times right next to me.

I will not call Rosie today but I will call her this week, before Friday.

It is not the best to worry about others all day long but I tend to do that and it is my fucked up way of caring and making sure all is safe and sound except I have to get worried blood.

UPDATE

I went for a third time to call him and he turned up this time. I brought him in and he is ravenously eating his first meal of the day. He was out for just under 4 hours. Oh the worry state I am in all morning because of his outings...I have to learn to trust with Laurel. But it is good practice to call him throughout the morning until he turns up eventually to eat breakfast. He was served a feast: acana fish, temptation treats and wet food generously mixed in.
