But everyone can help a little.

There are some people of small capacity. Those who come from brutal kammas previously like my unlucky friend I think who is reborn super rich and healthy sister of mine. There are other people who have hard lives but find great peace by the end. These people are more equaniminous and not damned. Or cursed. These people, of average capacity, like me, were able to help others once they got their shit together.

And then there are the beings of great capacity who can succeeed at being kind AND deeply loving, no matter how shitty their lives get temporarily or not.
