I could not find the picante sauce so i bought what says enchilada sauce medium spicy on it. 

It is a heck of a lot of work...I have to cook rice first etc. It is cooking right now. The rice only. Then fry then bake.

UPDATE

It is baking right now. Twenty five minutes than melt cheese on top in oven.

There are so few visitors nowadays: Ten so far today instead of 300 in july and august.

The blog is now normal, that is no doubt why and I also put it offline when it became too popular in august. I lost many followers doing that but I dont regret it.

I feared people were reading the blog to lurk and for the wrong reasons.
