I feel like my head was knocked out, physically, but it has not. The back of my head is so tender. Must be the cointreau and lack of sleep last night.

I wish to decrease alcohol and cigarettes especially. Perhaps 10 minutes sessions meditation would help me achieve this goal better and easier?
