Return from some groceries,cheaper, since it is down the road and the hill, downtown. Then walk in the forest.

I am dead today and I wonder if it is my thyroid for which I should be taking a meds I hate . Synthroid gives me hardcore night terrors. So I have not taken it for the last year and a half. Apart from today, I have noticed no change but I sleep normally at last.

They are predicting a very hot hot day (above 30). I have to get to my dentist in 20 minutes. I had a super strong iced latte (thank you staff at the coffee corner: for once, it was very strong). Just what I needed.
