Radio jazz is helping. I strangely feel agitated and I think it is because I have smoked half the amount of cigarettes in the last 4 days: slight withdrawal perhaps although it is hard to believe at the quantity I still smoke (26 cigs in 17 hours).  I may go pop two melatonines. Its been a while and they would help when I was not smoking any weed for 8 months in the last 1.5 year and needed an aid in sleeping without weed.

I should go take a bath. It is a bit late but it may relax me? Oh well, it would make too much noise and hubby would wake up (his bedroom is next to the washroom). My lips are really btohering me. Why am I still smoking tonight just because I am up? I have to break that habit and do two hours up without any smokes.
