I should go to bed soon. i am on my 26th cigarettes in 17 hours. Its been a long day. I feel funny on my inner lip and tongue...it is really really time I quit cigarettes. How to get back to 8-10 cigs a day like in hospital? at home, though? I'll try harder still tomorrow. I have a few rules I came up with

-First two hours up: no more than 5-6 cigarettes

-10 cigarettes in first 7 hours up maximum

- 25 cigarettes for 20 hours up maximum

For this week and maybe next week's target.

UPDATE

I am on my third cigarette in 1.5 hour or one hour. Not so great. My  inner lip feels odd and bumpy.
