I have just put BJG to bed. He was happy and said he was 'lucky' (to get massages every time he goes to bed before me). When i go to bed before him, he massages my sensitive and aching feet. It works out well. Jazz is playing downstairs and I am keeping my intake of smoke at no more than one cig every 1.5 or hour. Its a bit tough but not unfeasable. I just need to remind myself of lung and oral cancers...
