I took Billy for a brief 30 minutes walk in the hood. It was hot! We went to the school woods and saw another dog there. Its owners were not very nice but whatever. They ignored me when I asked if their off leash dog was dog friendly. Then I said to myself, I will let billy off leash and then they asked me 'is your dog friendly?'. People get offended really easy, it is pathetic.
