I am not allowed another smoke for 1.5 hour, at 3pm. I am trying to follow the hospital schedule for smoke breaks and limited amount. It is hard but this is my fourth day at 1.5 or less pack a day of 16 hours   and +. I want to decrease to one pack max for 16 hours' days. Then 10, then zero hopefully. It is true that when hubby goes back to regular work schedule in january, it will be tough not to fall back and smoke. But we will see then. For now, one day at a time and constant effort when tempted. It cannot be nicotine only at the huge amount I still smoke: it must be boredom and habits.
