It is 1pm and it is still classical and has been all morning. Nice. i am slightly hungry and should eat something. The bakery was closed so I could not buy a cornpocket of cornish hen. There is quiche from yesterday. I bought my first pack of smokes in 24 hours going on 36. I smoke about a pack a day since 4 days. It is two to  three times less. So that is excellent and on the right path to quitting. Oral cancer is my motivation to quit.
