Wow, it went by fast: already 13 hours that I have been up! very mellow day, a bit of road trip to Port Moody for flowers and walks in Mundy. I am smoking a much craved cigarette right now. So far, about 20 cigarettes in 13 hours. More and more I find the occasional cigarette rather gross and choking.  There, i put in in the ashtray to burn without giving me oral cancer. I have reflux today from less cigarettes.
