What a good sunday (like they usually are around here in the summer). We went to Mundy and did a bush trail. It was a long walk. No bear seen but Billy chased something in the thicket. 

I have to go do groceries for tonight's meal: tuna tapenade and maybe beets crostini with goat cheese. We finished the quiche from three days ago today. It was hubby's breakfast.
