ah ah ah...It is best to take that as a blessing those loud neighbours. I like latin music (it reminds me of costa rica and cuba (although cuba is carribbean).  The man is talking loud in spanish and making jokes: he laughs. I must admit their noises however excessive put everyone in a summer mood.
