No talking heads this morning. My sister is reaching out to me since her return from hiking in Spain mountains with her son and father of kids. She is very egotistical. And selfish. A not too enlightened regular priviledged rich bitch. Pardon my language sharhoo, I have been told to insult her without hatred. This is what I have done online for years  (about 6-7) in BC: Insult EVERYONE. Except stef, danny , you and the tibetans I met. I was Enraged. It is NOT just fun to explore crazy wisdom: you suffer like mad all along. And you feel totally alone in your sufferings. But that is where you meet God.
