ICI musique is playing: an indigenous singer and musician about big pharmaceutical and indigenous community. Oh, I am happy today. I doubt I will use much of the anti anxiety meds prescribed. I have terrible memory because of pot and psych meds already. 

The music is nice. Calming. I made a second coffee this morning. Tomorrow is my orthopedic appointment. Its a long one: about 45-60 minutes appointment. How I love my free time!
