The chicken and brocoli are cooking. The cheese sauce is made. The sunshine is a friend this day of Friday. Hubby got paid and I paid off the tiny 20$ I owed and put money aside in our saving account. It gives me a small budget to take care of, about 600$ a month to help with smokes. It is truly the perfect arrangement for me! Yay!

I have not spoken to my parents since mid week. The recipe I am doing right now is from another italo quebecois, a male this time, Ricardo. I put the link to his english version website in a previous post. 

UPDATE 

It was very tasty. I cooked the chicken at 400 then 450 for the last 5 minutes, about 55 minutes in total.
