I am making the quiche. Aspargus, leeks and zucchinis with feta and cream and eggs. Oh, and garlic. Salt and pepper. I pseudo folded the sheets and laundry and put it away. The last load is being dried. Classical is playing on the radio, CBC i think.
Hubby went to work, first time in a week. I will steam some aspargus too. He likes them and bought some for that purpose. I may make the carrots soup later this afternoon, for tonight. The radio plays flute: it is very nice. I made the quiche a bit differently: instead of mixing with eggs , I layed the ingredients veggies at the botoom of the crust. And pour the eggs and cream on top with feta cheese.
