I am at 7 smokes in 5.5 hours. I have no merit: it is only because I am full of nicotine from last night where I really did worst than ever before in 4 weeks. No more of that. It is so VERY satisfying to save a noticeable amount of money each day.
update
I made corn on the cob for myself: trying to eat a bit more at meals instead of smoking so much. It was excellent but one corn cob is enough and i made two. I'll eat it luke warm later when I go bak to the kitchen.
