...I am doing badly on my morning step: 8 smokes in the first 4 hours of the day. And I could smoke two more just now...but I wont. Next smoke in an hour, at 3pm.
I keep busy this afternoon: laundry, folding it, emptying the dishwasher, washing the counters and sink in the kitchen, sweeping the whole house, washing both washrooms, etc. I so want a smoke but I dont want to break my habit , my new habit, of 10 smokes max the first 7 hours of being up. And hopefully a smoke an hour after that...?
The sun is gorgeous: I should take Billy for a walk. It would help me wait until 3pm to have a smoke. but I dont feel like going out just yet...Though I have been up for almost 4 hours. There is a heck of a lot of cleaning to do today and this week end, before hubby's friend from NZ come to visit us next week.
