I am at 15 cigs in 10 hours. It is ok.

The dog in his yard is barking all night. They are so very irresponsible and disrespectful these neighbours with their dog barking all day. Thank god they are leaving! The trucks have been loaded today. The million dollar question is: will they bring their dog? I have never been so conflicted and odd about neighbours. The dad is friendly and super gentle with his numerous kids. But they are all so obnoxiously loud and present across the street, witht their three wheelers speeding up polluting the street with their kids, the drones,the ebikes etc. A friendly guy that bugged the hell out of me with his dogs  left alone all day and night in the yard, barking, and their big trucks.
