I smoked 8 cigs in 4.5 hours...my worst rate so far. I still have not broken my rule of 10 cigs max every 7 hours but I am close to it and may break it. They are looking back at sept 2007, the musical scene, in canada. Feist, Patrick Watson, The Deers, Plants and animals , Wolf parade (of whom I have the album). Arcade fire, Nelly Furtado etc.

I am really doing poorly for cigarettes today. 9 smokes now in 4.5 hours. I better go have a shower or a long bath to busy me a bit in the next 3 hours so I dont smoke anything (weed is making me smoke way more today and yesterday was hard too but I succeeeded). I slept for half an hour this afternoon, with Billy.
