...not smoking as much is. But os far so good. 15 cigarettes in 9 hours. the goal is no more than 20 in 15 hours. Of course, the lesser the better. I have a tiny white spot on the tip of my tongue and it feels weird. That is, with finances, the best incentive possible to dramatically reduce and quit cigarettes.

Billy is upstairs with hubby and hubby refuses to look at his emails today though last time was last thursday...he is not on top of it at work but whatever, he is relaxed at home.

The day is gorgeous: not too hot , not cold, sunny, blue skies. I am more famished than usual due to lack of smokes. I drink water. And I nibbled on a few Pringles chips. It would feel awesome to quit cigarettes. Today, i am thinking it is possible. First time in years i see a way out of tobacco.

I have not worked on my last project to review and edit for grammar and typos and sentences structures and maybe a few extra lines here and there. I should do that this week. This week is super mellow: Monday I have the dentist at 11am. Thursday it is my injection with my GP after two months injecting at home. and that's it , that's all. I have to go get my synthroid renewal.  so i can very well work on Le ruisseau de ma vie (The trickle of life) this week.
