All is well. Plus, the renos are almost done after a full work week.  Thank god it is almost over. The paint job in the bathroom is truly not very good around the towel hangers (thin pain and strokes of brush visible). But it is definitely a notch up our local handy man and his fence (which already needs repair after 1 year). Lets hope it does not break within a year (the house renos of this week). 

I am quite high right now. No longer anxious whatsoever: the renos are almost done after all! And we stayed close to budget.
