Its a fun program on Radio Canada Ici Musique French radio. It is 10:30am and it is playing. I dont know when it starts. I love the fact I can so easily listen to radio in French , and that it is good. There are a couple of stations I think. 

At first, on the phone yesterday, my GP suggested seroquel, an anti psychotic, to treat my anxiety. I tried that drug as a so called sleeping aid , prescribed by a super incompetent shrink last year. I HATED it. This drug is truly garbage. Made me hear voices and see flashes of light when I closed my eyes. Very freaky. And it does not put me to sleep at all. Anyway, he prescribed me two other drugs when I told him that.
