Today is more of a bumpy day after weeks of ease. Classical is playing right now on CBC english. Hubby flew into an upset screaming fit because I asked him what he wanted to eat, and he always says he does not want to eat what I think of cooking unless it is quiche. Yet he offers not likes or ideas about what he likes to eat. He seems to like nothing except ice cream, chocolate and quiche. Sigh. Maybe I am not a very good cook unlike what I thought, thinking I was an ok good one. So anyway, maybe I shoudl research new recipes anyway, for my own development as a cook. I have found a brazilian fish (tilapia) stew. It has coconut milk, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, paprika, etc SEE IT HERE.,Alternatively, I could go with Chef JOHN who is usually excellent on allrecipes.com with this HERE.
