I called our handy man with a truck (he is super friendly and nice), hoping he would take up the job of branches and delivery to city works wood spot. I left a message. I spoke with my dad this morning. And late last night, 10pm local MTL time. He is busy saving money and repairing the house himself. Sigh: I wish we had those, his, skills!
My foot is hurting a bit but not too much when I walk. I am waiting to hear of the xrays results. I am seeing him next week anyway but was hoping for results over the phone! Not such luck apparently! Whatever.
I have not spoken to Rosie in ages. I trust she is very very well. Dennis has disappeared in his alien encounters as he loves to live. And J. emailed me yesterday from Ontario.
Neighbours are working in the yard. I was hoping to borrow the neighbour's saw, across the street, who offered her hubby's tool shall we 'ever need them'. Her husband passed away a long time ago, about 6-7 years. We met him. They had a veryy very very handicapped boy who finally also passed away in the last 5-6 years. Yes, they are seniors.
