Good old canadian band says everyone. Not bad what I heard today. Hubby took the dogs out for both bush trails but I chickened out when he said he wanted to do both the trails. I wanted to do one only. The sky was salmon pink at sunrise this morning.  I have been up since 1:30am after 5 hours of sleep. I'll be in bed early tonight, that's all. 

UPDATE

It is not yet 8am but I made a quiche, spinach, nutmeg, not much nutmeg since hubby is no fan `(sigh), and feta and cheddar and butter quiche. We will have it for breakfast at around 9am.
