Portuguese baked chicken with snap peas and loads of quinoa. There is one drumstick left for hubby with loads of brocoli, quinoa and cheese sauce like he likes his brocoli! It is most fun to cook for us both. He is opening up to quinoa but very feebly to arugula. lol

He says he no longer likes chicken and I was vegan and, later vegetarian for nearly 20 years. But drumstick dont gross us out. Otherwise we'll have to only eat quiche, pasta and salmon.
