I have just whipped together a quiche, leek uncooked and feta cheese. It should be ready in about 30-35 minutes. The dogs just had a 45 minutes walk nearby and Whiskey pooped. I ate hummus and rye crackers like I like them while I was making the quiche. I eat very little while hubby is gone so I am changing that and cooking again. I overdrank 3 beers in a few hours. I am on my fourth. Unusual for me. I suspect I will be in bed before 10pm tonight. No sleeping pill (never when I drink anything).
