So, this is an experiment. I will cook the meat twice as long for the hoisin sauce to cook properly and kill any bacteria. Anyway, the thighs were still a bit frozen.BJG is eating an ice cream even though food wil be ready soon. Sigh.

It is raining hard now and I will go buy Hoisin sauce and chicken and crushed tomatoes and honey tonight at the grocery , walking distance from here. I had a cuddle session with Billy on my bed while writing in my diary, lying down on my quilt. It was most cute. 

I will go turn the thighs now. 

Done.The rice with butter and salt is ready.

They will have cooked for about 45 minutes. I think it is a long long time. I will also broil them for 5 minutes. 

I bleached the dog water bowl tonight and rinsed it off thoroughly. Billy is drinking from it right now. He drinks a heck of a lot. It must be he is dehydrated from his muddy poop in the last 14 days. 

I am starting to be a bit hungry. I hope we don't poison ourselves tonight. Brian said even him would not have used that sauce, and he does not believe strongly in expiration dates. (Except for cooked rice and fresh meat).
