The evening is quiet and it is just past 6pm. Getting the 10 copies (he gave me 14) of the French book was great. I have been working on The flowers in your bloodstream but I am not impressed by it. It is very ordinary poetry. Almost too personal to be of wide range interest. My father in law read it. He said it should be published. Of course! Thanks for the kudos, Grandpa! (He is 93). I would love to get more feedback from other people. I find the book boring now, after having read it over and over again. The revisions helped somewhat , however. Feel free to reach out to me to let me know what you think. I am posting anohter couple of poems from The flowers floating in your bloodstream. Copyright (c)Anouk F Lavigne 2010-2022

Tonight, I find my poetry boring. Very average and too personal. All my poems in this book seem to be in the first person singular or first person plural. I find that beginner. It will be good to get feedback from a publisher although I am not sure they will take the time to write comments. They usually don't unless they pick your book to publish it. They get up to 300 submissions a year and publish a mere 15-20 titles a year!
